Hellbender is our tribute to the rugged beauty of Appalachia. Named for the legendary salamander that thrives in our streams, this dark roast is deeply connected to place. In the cup, Hellbender is rich and comforting, opening with smooth caramel sweetness, followed by layers of dark chocolate ganache and a lingering toasted graham cracker finish. This blend reflects the resilience and complexity of Appalachia itself—wild, enduring, and unmistakably home.
